Do you have a complaint or is something on your mind? Let us know. We take you seriously and will look for a solution together. First, talk to the person involved, such as the teacher. If that doesn&#8217;t work, please contact the school&#8217;s internal contact person: Manon Bakker, email: <a href=\"mailto:m.bakker@saks.nl\">m.bakker@saks.nl<\/a> or Maaike Koster, email: m.koster@saks.nl. They will help you further. If you still can&#8217;t resolve it, you can go to the director or school leader.         <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Unable to resolve it at school?<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Then you can file a formal complaint with the SaKS board. Alternatively, you can contact an external confidential counselor. <\/p>\n\n<p>More information can be found at: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saks.nl\/over-ons\/#klachten\">http:\/\/www.saks.nl\/over-ons\/#klachten<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Participation Council<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Schools make plans, take decisions, and implement changes. The school management is responsible for school policy. However, because this policy directly or indirectly affects teachers and students, the management must consult with the participation council (MR) about it.  <br\/><br\/>De Waaier is part of primary school De Wegwijzer. Therefore, the MR of De Wegwijzer consults with the MR of De Wegwijzer regarding the school policy of De Waaier. The school management consults with the MR on behalf of the board.
