Outcomes are factors that reflect the quality of our education. At school, we distinguish many different types of outcomes. To closely monitor children’s cognitive development, we use method-independent tests alongside observations and interim and diagnostic assessments. In addition to daily observations and coaching sessions, these method-independent tests serve as a benchmark to determine which children receive extra workshops, practice time, or specific curriculum materials. Other outcomes include, for example, changes we see when a child’s engagement and well-being increase, or when children or staff members achieve an individually set goal.
We believe that you can only develop when you feel safe. Every year, children in groups 6 to 8 fill out the social safety monitor. The results of this monitor are analyzed together with the children, and actions are implemented based on them. Last year, the children at our school were satisfied with the lessons provided by the team. Overall, there was a high level of satisfaction among the children at our school.
