Our motto

De Waaier dares to be different. Here, children are taught at their own level, and it doesn’t matter how young or old you are. We want to give children the space to be themselves. When they discover their own talents, master the Dutch language, and continue to develop, then our education has succeeded.

Our mission

Taalklas De Waaier is a center of expertise for children aged 6 to 12 who have been in the Netherlands for less than a year. We offer them a safe and inspiring environment, where we experience the space to develop our talents together and where our children receive Dutch language education.

Growing together in a safe environment
Here, in our expertise center, children can grow and receive the guidance and care they need. We do this with our passionate team, with parents and caregivers, and with other partners in the neighborhood and in society.

For our children, De Waaier is a beacon of peace, a safe haven, and a place where rules and structure give them the space and freedom to develop further.
